The Society for Advancement of Criminal Justice (SACJ) is an academic society at NUJS which strives to bolster the discourse on criminal law and justice. By organizing various events and competitions, the society provides a wide scope to all the students interested in criminal law and criminology to hone pursuant skills and develop better understanding and applicability.
About the Webinar

About the Speakers
Mr. Maninder Singh is a practising advocate in Supreme Court and Delhi Court who specialises in Criminal Cases especially those dealing with White Collar Crimes. Mr. Singh is best known for representing Arms Dealer Abhisekh Verma in OSA Prosecution Case against CBI, a case related to Witness in 1984 Anti-Sikh Riots Case.
As a member of the Bar with a standing of over 25 years, Mr. Maninder Singh has been regularly appearing before the Hon’ble Supreme Court and Delhi High Court in matters under the Revisional, Appellate and Writ jurisdiction of this Hon’ble Court. He has also been regularly conducting trials and appearing in bail matters before the Ld. District Courts.
Mr. Maninder Singh has also been engaged as a counsel in the 2G case, Aircel-Maxis case, the Reebok Fraud case, Navy War Room Case, Jagtar Singh Hawara Case, Satyam-Liberty Blast Case.
