‘Consumer Assistio’ as the name suggest assisting the consumers in every possible approach. The ideology behind this project is to provide legal assistance to consumers and build content of all the legislations and case laws which shall be accessed by everyone. To create awareness in the general public. This project aims to help people and also provide pro-bono services. With the help of this project, we will try to reach out general public who need legal assistance and create awareness and reduce the exploitation of consumers.
About the Webinar:
Nowadays, Consumer Protection has become more prominent. And it is important for advocates to have the knowledge on how a Consumer Complaint is drafted. This webinar aims to help its prospective advocates to get familiarized with the existing procedure of drafting a consumer complaint to file in a Consumer court. It is important for a Law student to familiarize themselves with basic drafting skills, and this webinar aims to help its participants by providing a total overview of how a consumer complaint is drafted.
About the Speaker:
AdvHarshitKhanduja is an advocate practicing before the Hon’ble Supreme Court and Subordinate Courts and Tribunals in New Delhi. He is currently an advocate at S.S. Khanduja& Co., New Delhi. He has written papers on subjects including Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Human Rights, and Arbitration. He has attended various international conferences.
