Y. Patil Law College was established in the year 2001 and it is a distinguished Law college affiliated to the Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune.
Law Department, Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune: The Department was established by the Savitribai Phule Pune University in the year 1965, in order to cater to the growing demands of the post-graduate legal education in the country under the stewardship of Prof. K.S. Agrawala.
About the Training Programme
As is known that man is a social animal. We are all aware of the changing face of a life of man from primitive man to Z- generation. The man started his journey from search of livelihood to the world of technology.
With the advancement of technology, new methods of crime are coming to the fore. Criminals and anti-social elements with their ingenuity manage to exploit the technological developments for illegal pecuniary gain or plain pleasure causing monetary loss as well as mental disturbance to the innocent citizens.
As society relies increasingly on computers, the amount of crime perpetrated with the machines has risen in kind. The journey of technology has not been stopped here it added a new chapter that is Right to Privacy and Legal Regime of Data Protection laws in India.
