Sixth Winter Course on Settlement of Disputes in International Law

TOPICS:

The topics will relate to: UN Charter and Pacific Means of Settlement of Disputes; International Court of Justice; Arbitration (Institutional and Ad hoc Arbitration, PCA. ICSID etc); Dispute Settlement System in Law of the Sea (ICJ. ITLOS and Arbitration) and WTO DSS; International Criminal Court; Emerging Laws to Settle the Disputes in the field of Environment, Air and Space Law; Commercial & Investment Arbitration etc.

Course Fee:

The course will comprise classroom lectures, discussion, counseling and library consultation on weekdays.

The course fee would be Rs. 2,700/- for students

and Rs. 3500/- for teachers and lawyers.

Maximum Participants:

300.

Maximum 300 participants can be admitted on the basis of first-cum basis. Demand drafts shall be drawn in favour of the Indian Society of International Law.

At the end of the course a certificate of attendance will be given to all the participants.
