A seminar on South Asian constitutionalism to celebrate the recent publication of Mark Tushnet and Madhav Khosla’s Unstable Constitutionalism: Law and Politics in South Asia (Cambridge University Press 2015). The event will involve legal scholars and political scientists focusing on some of the themes covered in this book, in particular the ongoing political tensions and their legal manifestation across South Asia.
