This Conference aims to examine the issues and developments in personal data protection in India and other jurisdictions. The theme of the Conference is broad covering myriad topics on different aspects of privacy, data protection, constitutional rights, the contribution of the higher judiciary in harmonizing these rights, etc. The Conference also seeks to draw a comparison of regulation of data protection outside India and suggest the inclusion of best models from other jurisdictions. The theme of the Conference is interdisciplinary.

The themes are not exhaustive. The author can send the article on any topic related to the broad theme of the Conference.
Submission Guidelines
• Abstract should be a maximum of 250 words indicating the theme of proposed research with four-five key-words.
• Full paper must be of minimum 3000 words and maximum 7000 words.
• Footnotes must conform to ILI Rules of Footnoting.
• Abstract and Full Paper is to be submitted in MS word format with article’s title, Author’s name, affiliation, communication address, email and phone details.
• The abstract and the paper can be sent to:
• All the submissions would be processed through Turnitin.
• A paper can be authored by maximum three persons (author and two co-authors).
Publication Opportunity
All the selected papers would get published in the ISBN numbered Book from a reputed publisher. The cost of the book has to be borne by the researcher/ author. All the submissions would be processed through plagiarism detection software Turnitin in accordance with international standards.
