The Central University of Kerala’s Department of Law, Thiruvalla campus, was founded in 2014. It began operations with a two-year LL.M programme in Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Criminal Law, and Commercial Law. In 2017, the PhD programme was launched.
The Department of Law’s Moot Court Society is conducting the First Virtual National Moot Court Competition 2021, which will take place from September 22 to 25, 2021.
ELIGIBILITY
The Competition is available to undergraduate students from recognised Colleges/Institutions/Universities who are currently studying their Bachelor’s Degree in Law, i.e., three-year LL.B or five-year integrated or Honours’ LL.B curriculum with all combinations on a regular basis.
DESIRED TEAM COMBINATION
Each team must have a maximum of three members and a minimum of two members, who must be either two speakers and one researcher or two speakers only. Under no circumstances can the number be changed.
At the time of registration, teams must identify the speakers and researcher. There will be no additional members or observers permitted.
Furthermore, no deviation from the chosen names is permitted. The competition will only allow one team from the same institution to participate.
The registration fee for this Competition is INR 1000/- per team.
