Best Part of Internship:

In Second week task which was really challenging for me as I have to write articles, short notes, legal humour which I had not done before because I feared as it was going to get published online and everyone might be reading it. It was really difficult as I used to write for my own but never tried to publish it online but LawOF gave me an opportunity to explore my writing and research skills when my first article on the topic ‘Uniform Civil Code: Is India ready for a uniform civil code?’ and then the series continued.

Within two weeks I got a confirmation for Selection for Online Internship:

It all started one day while I was surfing google for online law internships where I can get the platform to improve my writing and communication skills, then suddenly I got a link about the ‘LawOF Online internship Program’ for one month where one has to do the certain tasks which will be emailed to us.

I applied for it in the hope of getting selected as it was written that only ten candidates will get selected on the basis of their CV. After two weeks I got a confirmation call from Rohit Mahawar (The Internship Co-ordinator) and he informed the brief regarding what we will be exactly doing. which would be mailed.

Weekly Task:

The task for the first week given to me was conducting the interviews from the law teachers, academicians, student achievers and other legal fraternities which helped me in my improving my communication skills with people by whom I never had a word with and their journey till now which was an amazing and something new experience for me. After the completion of the first week task successfully, i was eagerly waiting for the second week task which was really challenging for me as I have to write articles, short notes, legal humour which I had not done before because I feared as it was going to get published online and everyone might be reading it. It was really difficult as I used to write for my own but never tried to publish it online but LawOF gave me an opportunity to explore my writing and research skills when my first article on the topic ‘Uniform Civil Code: Is India ready for a uniform civil code?’ and then the series continued. The last two tasks were the surprise for me and one will know it during the time of their internship period. At the end of your internship, I received my first online internship certificate by post.

Stipend:

NO

There is a chance if you give your best you may get selected for the paid internship in next Batch.

Anything else you’d like to tell:

One need not give twenty-four hours for internship but two hours a day sincerely and honestly to complete their tasks but in the end what you will experience will be fantastic.

Special Thanks:

I would like to thank Mr. Rohit Mahawar and Miss. Shubhi Aggarwal (Student Internship co-ordinator) who made this internship program successful by helping the internees during the period of internship. I would also like to thank Dr. Dharmender Patial (Founder of LawOF) who provided such a great platform to me.
