The West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences (WBNUJS or NUJS) is a National Law University located in Bidhannagar, Kolkata, West Bengal, India. NUJS was established in 1999 by the Bar Council of India (BCI), with the government of West Bengal. It comes under the exclusive chancellorship and purview of the Chief Justice of India. The university was one of the first law universities to offer a five-year integrated B.A. LLB (Hons.) degree program, and an LLM program. Admission to the B.A. LLB degree program is through the Common Law Admission Test, a highly competitive, nationwide entrance examination, held jointly by the national law schools. NUJS also offers MPhil, Ph.D., and diplomas in business laws and other programs, in addition to a number of online courses.
The Centre for Regulatory Studies, Governance and Public Policy (CRSGPP) at the West Bengal National
University of Juridical Sciences (WBNUJS), Kolkata was created in July 2015 with the vision of becoming a
Centre of Excellence in the field of law, public policy and governance. Centre for Regulatory Studies,
Governance and Public Policy works as a facilitator and foresights a broad vision of making a social change and
to create a magnitude of impact through policy planning, research, analysis, training and advocacy in
regulatory studies, governance and public policy. The Centre assists law and policy makers in the preparation
and critical evaluation of legislation and policies that have direct bearing on people of the society and have
effect on effective governance and administration.

- Objective: This conference aims to enhance the learning of relevant, authentic, and original research. The conference will stimulate conversation and learning through presentations, panel discussions, and keynote addresses. This conference acknowledges the need for a platform where legal and inter-disciplinary academics may engage in conversations about developing concerns in the field of law and technology and how they might be handled with the aid of public policy. It will allow all stakeholders to debate research concepts and instructional strategies. The goal of the One Day International e-Conference Technology, Law and Public Policy is to generate a common interest in the intricate and nuanced links between modern concerns, including sophisticated technology, privacy, national security, the digital divide, and blockchain.

- Submission Guidelines:
- Only one submission is allowed per author.
- Co-authorship to a maximum of three authors is permitted.
- Only original papers will be considered for the conference. No part of it should have been published earlier anywhere else, nor should it be under consideration for publication or a contest elsewhere.
- Any form of plagiarism will result in disqualification.
- The identification mark of the author, or the affiliated institution (if any) should not be found in any part of the essay.
- Abstracts of not more than 300 words, for original research papers on the abovementioned themes are invited.
- The full-length research paper should be within 8000 words (including footnotes).
- Potential contributors are required to adhere to a uniform mode of citation (20th edition of The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation is recommended).
- All abstracts/papers must be written in Times New Roman with font size 12 with 1.5 line spacing. Footnote font size 10 without spacing.
- Publication opportunity: Selected Full papers will be published, after peer-review in special issue edition of the ‘NUJS Journal of Regulatory Studies’ with ISSN: 2456-4605 (O).
