About
The Society for Advancement of Criminal Justice at the West Bengal National University of Judicial Sciences is organising Qriosity, an online quiz competition for those interested in the field of criminal law.
Our idea of hosting the quiz on an online platform is closely related to our goal of making our activities open to participation from a diverse group of students.
We seek to involve students from both law and non-law backgrounds in this competition with the sole criterion of involvement being a keen interest in criminal law.
The quiz shall be conducted through Google Forms on 25th February 2017.
The registered participants shall be intimated regarding the exact timings of the quiz on 20th February 2017.
Our quiz shall contain 50 questions.
There shall be both text based and pictorial questions. Details regarding the marks allotted for each section shall be sent to the registered participants on 20th February 2017.
The quiz will be available online for a period of 30 minutes. Participants have to submit their answers within 30 minutes from activation time of the Google form. No responses shall be accepted after the completion of 30 minutes.
There shall be no negative marking.
Prizes
- Rs 2500: 1st Rank
- Rs 1500: 2nd Rank
- Rs 1000: 3rd Rank
In case of a tie the amount allotted for the particular rank shall be provided to the participant who submitted his/her responses first.
Registration Details
We are seeking only individual applications from students pursuing graduation/post graduation studies in any subject from UGC recognised educational institutions.
There is no registration fee.
Deadline: 10th February 2016.
Register by sending a mail containing your name, year of study, email id, name of institution to sacj@nujs.edu with ‘Subject: Qriosity Registration’.
