Raffles University is conducting a National Capacity Building Workshop on 1st & 2nd February 2020 on Law of the Sea & Admiralty Law, Maritime Trade, Technology & Security Concerns for Professionals and Students.
This specialized workshop will be an exposition and analysis of the issues of Law of the Sea and Maritime Laws in the backdrop of maritime trade, marine environment , technological underpinnings and security issues which shape maritime affairs.
The workshop is of critical importance to law students, legal and maritime professionals who would understand the enduring maritime linkages with national and international legel regimes, conventions and frameworks particularly on issues of interpretation of Law of the Sea, legal regimes of matters maritime, issues of freedom of navigation and right of innocent passage, and legitimate activities in the oceans.
Participation Fees
Student Fee: INR 5,000 /-
Professional Fee: INR 10,000 /-
(Including two nights boarding & lodging and course material)
