CEWCL, IFIM LAW SCHOOL in association with JURIS LAW OFFICES, NEW DELHI Organizes ONE DAY NATIONAL WORKSHOP ON ‘BASIC COMMERCIAL CONTRACT DRAFTING’, 12th October 2019.

Contract drafting is an indispensable aspect of legal practise, and a pertinent skill set which is required by most lawyers in their practise or at their jobs be it litigation or non-litigation side. In the formative years of one’s legal career a pre-acquired skill on contract drafting, contract reviewing will add extra weightage to the exposure a junior lawyer gets which adds to his lucrative pay package.

With a view to guide law students about the intricacies and skills involved in drafting of commercial contracts, Centre of Excellence for Woman, Child and the Law (CEWCL), IFIM Law School in collaboration with Juris Law Offices, New Delhi is organizing one day NATIONAL WORKSHOP ON ‘BASIC COMMERCIAL CONTRACT DRAFTING’ at IFIM Law School, Bangalore.

This workshop is scheduled for 12th October 2019 from 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM.

Fee – INR Rs. 1000/– (including workshop kit/ refreshments/ lunch) to be paid through Online transaction as per the details are given at the end of the brochure.

1. First slot: 1 to 50 registrations: 50% Discount Coupon for Online Judicial Services Test Series for first 50 registrations.
2. Second slot: 51 to 100 registrations: 25% Discount Coupon for Online Judicial Services Test Series for the second set of 50 registrations.
3. Late registrations after the slots: 101 to 200: 10% Discount Coupon for Online Judicial Services Test Series for the rest of the registration.

All the participants are required to attend the Workshop from 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM compulsorily to avail ‘Certificate of Participation’ and other additional benefits. Attendance of every session will be considered for the awarding the benefits.

Accommodation for outstation participants can be provided by the Law School on special request. Charges for the same shall be borne by the participants. A prior intimation regarding the same shall be mentioned in the Mail as well as in the registration form attached here-with.

1. Formal dress code needs to be adhered to.
2. Reporting time for the event (pre-registration) is 8.30 AM to 9.00 AM.
3. On Spot, registration is not allowed.
