The National Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on “Reevaluating the Laws and Research Paradigms in New India” aims to equip faculty members with a comprehensive understanding of the evolving legal landscape and research methodologies pertinent to contemporary India. This programme is designed to foster critical thinking, enhance teaching skills, and promote interdisciplinary research among legal educators, Faculty members, Professionals and Research Scholar.

What Are The Details Of The Programme?

  • Objectives of National FDP: To update faculty members with the latest developments in legal education.
  • To enhance teaching methodologies and assessment techniques.
  • To foster research and publication skills.
  • To develop leadership and administrative abilities.
  • To promote interdisciplinary learning and collaboration.
  • Programme Schedule: This National FDP aims to the process of critically examining and updating the legal frameworks and research methodologies to align with the rapidly changing socio-economic and technological landscape of India. This involves a thorough analysis of existing laws, identifying areas that require reform, and adopting new approaches to legal research that reflect the current realities and future challenges.   • DAY 3
  • (24th July): One Nation One Election: The long standing Debate of New India Prof. (Dr.) Kahkashan Y. Danyal, Dean, Faulty of Law, JMI, New Delhi
  • DAY 4
  • (25th July): Leadership and Management in Academia Prof. (Dr.) Vedvyas J. Dwivedi, Former Vice-Chancellor, Indus University, Gujarat
  • DAY 5
  • (26th July): Effective Use of Technology in Teaching and Research Dr. Mohd. Shakil S. Malek, Campus Director and Principal, F.D. (MUBIN) Institute of Engineering and Technology, Gandhinagar, Gujarat
