National Conference for law students on Media Trial: A Threat to Administration of Justice

ABOUT THE CONFRENCE:
Media trail is a very debatable concept in the era of social media because sometimes it provides a platform to get justice for the victims but as well as it provides a platform to evils of the society. Justice is a very important and sensitive issue because if you want to maintain peace in the society then we should promote the administration of justice. The present seminar will focus on the concept of the crime, justice, liberty, equality of freedom of speech and expression and we will discuss about the relevant and importance of information and mis-information. The main objective of this conference is to stimulate research and to discuss on the various issues concerning media trail and the administration of justice.

ELIGIBILITY:
The Conference invites Students, Academicians, Researchers Scholars, and Practitioners with a keen interest in multi-disciplinary research.

GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSION:
1. A 300-word Abstract of the paper followed with “Keywords”.
2. Author need to mention the “theme” and “Subtheme” on which she/he intends to write.
3. All Abstracts and Manuscripts along with contact details must be sent to conference.bcl2021@gmail.com. with Subject line “Abstract/ Manuscript Submission for National Conference on Media Trail : A Threat to administration of Justice.
4. Authors of selected abstracts will then be invited to submit full original papers of note more than 5000 words (excluding footnotes).
6. The abstracts and the manuscripts must not mention the author’s detail. A separate cover page must be attached which must contain the details of the author including the author’s name, designation, and contact details, Title of the Paper, Theme, Sub-theme, E-mail Address, Postal Address, and Contact Number, etc.
7. Plagiarism will result in rejection of the paper.
8. The paper should be typed in MS Word format (preferably 2007 or 2010).
9. The paper must be in a single-column layout with margins justified on both sides.
10. The sub-heading should be in font size12, bold and Times New Roman, left-aligned.
11. The main text should be in font size 14, Normal, Times New Roman, 1.5spacing and Justified.
12. All references must be in the form of footnotes with font size 10.
13. Citation: API FORMATE.
14. Submission must be a doc. File only, Pdf will not be accepted.
15. Selected papers will be published in a reputed journal or an ISBN book as a conference proceeding.

ResearchScholars: Rs. 400/-
Faculties: Rs. 500/-
Co-author: Only two authors per paper permitted.

AWARDS AND CERTIFICATES:
There will be Best Paper Award for all 3 Categories [i.e. Student, Research Scholar and Academician/Lawyers/ Professionals] along with Certificate of Merit. In Absentia will not be considered while evaluating the “Best Paper” category. Participation Certificate will be provided to all the registered participants.
