About the Journal
The NSLR is an annual, student-edited, peer-reviewed law journal that is the flagship publication of NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad, India. It is indexed on Hein Online and SCC Online. The NSLR is committed to encouraging and enhancing the quality of legal scholarship in India through a collaborative review system.
Call for Papers
The NALSAR Student Law Review (NLSR) is now accepting submissions for its upcoming Volume XV.
Word Limit
Submissions may be in the form of the following:
- Articles: 5,000-8,000 words
- Essays: 3,000-5,000 words
- Comments: 1,500-3,000 words
The word count is exclusive of footnotes.
Submission Guidelines
- The text of the manuscript should be in Times New Roman font, size 12 with 1.5 spacing, and justified alignment.
- Footnotes should be in Times New Roman font, size 10 with single spacing.
- Submissions must conform to the Bluebook (20th edn.) system of citation.
- All submissions must include an abstract of not more than 250 words that briefly summarizes the paper.
- The last date for submissions is June 16th, 2020.
- Submissions are to be e-mailed under the subject heading ‘Volume XV – NSLR Submission’ to studentlawreview@nalsar.ac.in.
- The e-mail should contain the name of the author(s), qualifications, the title of the manuscript and contact information.
- Further, it should indicate which category the paper is intended for. Please do not include any information that could identify the author(s) in the manuscript itself. Co-authorship is allowed, to a maximum of two authors.
