MNLU Mumbai | Certificate Course on ‘The Law and Practice of Corporate Liquidation’

The Centre for Insolvency and Financial Laws (CIFL) is one of Maharashtra National Law University Mumbai’s flagship Centers. CIFL has partnered with PSL Advocates and Solicitors to come out with this unique course on the Law of Corporate Liquidation. The course will be premised primarily on Chapter III of the Part II of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.

The faculty consists of Raghav Pandey (Assistant Professor, MNLU Mumbai) who is the principal instructor of the course, and there will be subject experts from PSL Advocates & Solicitors. The course would benefit young professionals who are interested in becoming insolvency professionals, Law students, Lawyers, In-house legal counsels, Company Secretaries, Chartered Accountants. Classes will be held virtually and on successful completion of the course, participants will be awarded a certificate of participation.

The CIFL course curriculum will be divided into 9 Modules which will be covered over a period of 4 months. The participation certificate shall be provided to all participants meeting minimum attendance requirements on the completion of the course.

Duration: The program will be for a period of 60 hours, spread across 4 months

Eligibility: The Program is open for both. students and professionals.

Total Number of Seats: The total numbers of seats are 30.
