The primary areas of practice are civil and commercial litigation in the Supreme Court, High Court and various tribunals and he have focussed prior experience in both Competition law as well as indirect taxation. Also handle white collar crime cases and increasing number of other criminal law work. He has been admitted to the bar in India, and the state of New York, USA.
What Are The Details Of The Opportunity?
- Eligibility:
- At least one year of litigation experience (i.e., 2022 graduates or earlier).
- The candidate must have clear articulation (written and oral).
- Good drafting skills and diligence at work are a must.
- Responsibilities: Among other things, the candidate will be responsible for drafting, pleadings and handling filings in different forums. There will be opportunities for appearances as well, but they are probably infrequent.
