Law on Triple Talaq is Already Settled and Clear: Ex-Law Commission Member Prof. (Dr.) Afzal Wani Opines While in ICFAI Law School
“I wonder why we keep saying there is a conflict herein when there are judgements from Supreme Court (the Shamim Ara case) and Delhi High Court stating clearly that triple talaq doesn’t amount to conclusive divorce. I don’t see why there’s further a need to put a ban on triple talaq when the precedents have done the needed.” expressed Prof. (Dr.) M.
