Eligibility
Essential Qualifications
Academic:
- Bachelor’s Degree in law
- Good working knowledge of Hindi in Dev Nagri script.
Experience: At least 05 years experience in a responsible post involving Personnel Management, Industrial and Labour relations, in a public or private sector undertaking of repute.
Preferential Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Sociology
- Post Graduate Degree in Subject of Industrial and Labour relations
- Diploma in Business Administration or Diploma in Industrial Administrations
- Practice before Industrial or Labour Tribunal
- Training at Sir Dorab Tata School of Sociology, Bombay or any training or course in Social Science recognised by the Govt. for the purpose or Labour Officers training at Kashi Vidyapith.
A candidate who has:
- Served in the Territorial Army for a minimum period of two years, OR
- Obtained a ‘B’ certificate of National Cadet Corps;
shall other things being equal, be given preference in the matter of direct recruitment.
Age: 21 to 40 years (Relaxation in age as per rules)

First Stage:

- Click on ‘Apply’ against the advertisement number 03/2021-2022 dated 25/06/2021.
- Fill in the registration form and apply.
- Thereafter ‘Print Registration Slip’ shall be displayed and Print of Registration Slip must be taken by Clicking on Print Registration Slip.
Second Stage:
- After completing the application form, click on “Click here to proceed for payment” to pay the application fee.
- After clicking the above caption of ‘Click here to proceed for payment”, the home page of State Bank MOPS (Multi Option Payment System) shall be displayed comprising of 03 modes of payment viz.
- NET Banking
- Card payments and
- Other payment modes
- After depositing the required fee by any one of the above-prescribed modes, “Payment Acknowledgement Receipt (PAR)” shall be displayed along with detail of fee deposition, the print of which must be taken by clicking on “Print Payment Receipt”.
Third Stage:
Click on “Proceed for final submission of the application form (Part-2)” as a result of which ‘format’ shall be displayed. The candidates are required to enter all the required information in the format.
Application Fee
In the online application process after completing the procedure of the first stage, the category wise prescribed fee is to be deposited as per instructions provided in the second stage. The prescribed fee for different categories is as under:
- Unreserved: Exam fee Rs. 80/-
- On-line (General) processing fee: Rs. 25/-
- Total: Rs. 105/-
