- Bachelor’s degree in science/engineering and post-graduate diploma in intellectual property rights (IPR) or LLM (professional) with specialisation in IPR (Intellectual Property Rights) or Registered Indian Patent Agent or WIPO advanced courses (DL301, DL302, DL318, DL320, DL450, DL511) or PG certificate in patent practise are required.
- Professional experience with IPR filing, docketing, and analysis (either as a sole proprietor or with a reputable IPR firm) is preferred.
