International Journal of Law & Management Studies (ISSN-2455-2771) is a bi-monthly law journal specializing in the area where law intersects management including in its fray, all commercial, corporate laws including but not limited to Corporate Laws, IPR, Alternative Dispute Resolution among others. This journal is indexed in Scholarly Open Access, ROAD by ISSN, IIJIF, SIS and I2OR Indexing Services & Databases of value. This journal is published by Harbinger Technologies and is an independent journal.
IJLMS seeks to publish papers that focus and emphasize on the development of laws that form the crux of business and law. Law and Legal Requirements are a pre-requisite of every business and every business appoints lawyers pertaining to it. We look at simplifying corporate laws for the businesses to evolve in India ensuring least minimal compliances to ensure a business-friendly India.
IJLMS consists of an Editorial Board maintained by students from various Law Schools and Management Schools and an Advisory Board with eminent members from the Bar and the Law and Management Schools.
