About Organization:
I interned with Pathak Sir. His office is near the Kanpur District Court. The office has cubicles for 6 of his juniors , two other cabins and a library filled with books on criminal law .

Timing: Flexible. Depends on whether you wish to attend court proceedings or also like to work on case files at the office .
Main Task Work Profile:
Researching on legal questions, finding case laws, making case brief, observing case proceedings and learning art of arguing.
Work Environment at office:
Quite friendly. Sir and his juniors were always ready to help and make me understand nuances involved in the criminal the criminal law trial.
Stipend:
Not specifically. Depends on your performance.
First day at Organisation:
it was the first day I went to the district Court. I had a little conversation with Sir . I accompanied him to various courts and watched the court proceedings. After the court hours , I was asked some questions related to law , what I observed during the day and my future plans in the field of law.
Best Part of Internship:
Met several high profile lawyers and learnt art of arguing from the very best in the city . The actual understanding of how criminal justice system operates in our country .
Biggest Lesson:
Prepare your case well. do research. read emotions of the witness while questioning etc.
