The chamber is looking for one (1) Intern who will be working hand to hand with Mr. Apratim Animesh Thakur and the following are the roles and responsibilities of the candidate:
- The Intern would be engaged in legal drafting which would include but is not limited to Note of Arguments, Brief notes, etc.
- The nature of work also involves assisting the main Counsel in various legal forms.
- It would be expected out of the Intern to undertake substantial legal and non – legal research.
- The nature of work also involves active participation in client counseling/ meeting, which includes but is not limited to devising way forwards, strategizing, compilation of documents, etc.
- The Intern is expected to diligently carry out the process of file and case management for their respective cases.
Eligibility Criteria
- That the law students who are currently in their 5th year of college or have recently enrolled themselves are only eligible to apply for the said Internship.
- Further, the candidate should preferably be based out of Delhi/NCR.
- That only the candidates who are willing to work for a minimum period of 6 (six) months are eligible to apply.
- The candidate should be enthused to undertake the tasks allotted to him/her, to undertake legal research and should possess basic common sense and sharp skill of communication.
- The candidate should possess a good appetite for work and should not be hesitant in undertaking laborious work.
