No
First day at organization:
My first impression was pretty good. There was an orientation session on the first day at Tis Hazari Court. We were informed about the working of the organization and group’s leader were introduced to the groups in the session they told about the group topics for there presentation. Executive members of DLSA were also present. The session was ended by a High Tea.
Best Part of Internship:
- A proper schedule was given to us which included the each and every detail of the place to visit and the person whom to contact.
- My personal favorite was the visit to Tihar Jail, CWC.
- Good exposure
- On the last day we went with CFAR team where we have a good interaction with the people and told them about their rights, legal services, etc and how to avail them.
Anything else you’d like to tell:
It was a great learning experience. It gives you complete practical knowledge about the legal aid system and the functioning of Govt. Bodies.
Any Message to other Law Students:
There were 12 people in my group. All of them were from different Universities.
We coordinated really well. Since we had a new venue every day we used to go out and explore the place after work!
