- The Centre for Intellectual Property Rights was established in the year 2020 in the Vivekananda School of Law and Legal Studies, with the intent of enhancing knowledge and increasing public awareness of the regime of Intellectual Property Rights.
- The Centre’s mission is to foster academic and policy-oriented discussion on the individual and intersectional domains as well as the emerging challenges in the field of innovation and intellectual property. The growing importance of intangible assets such as intellectual property has ramped up the value of this domain.
- The Office of the Controller General of Patents, Design & Trademark in association with CIPR, VSLLS proudly presents ‘Intellectual Property Rights Awareness Programme’ to be organized on February 16, 2022 at 3:00 p.m.The event is being organized under the National IP Awareness Mission by the Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India.
