IMS Law College in Noida, which opened in 2004, was the first law school in Gautam Buddh Nagar to offer a 5-year B.A., LL.B. degree. Academic quality and value-based education are hallmarks of the college.

Digital Trade and International Economic Law

This webinar intends to provide a thorough and in-depth examination of the international commercial law laws that apply to digital trade and commerce. The World Trade Organization’s multilateral regulations are at the heart of this effort (WTO). It also tries to go deeper into how they now manage digital commerce and where they have been challenged by recent technology advancements.

Profile of the Speaker
Professor David Collins teaches and conducts research in the topic of international economic law, with a focus on WTO law and international investment law. He was previously City’s Assistant Vice President for Research and now leads the City Law School’s Digital Trade Research Group. He is a Solicitor of England and Wales, as well as a member of the Ontario and New York Bars.
