Through this workshop, we seek to educate the participants regarding the same. The day-1 of the workshop will be “Understanding legal provisions and manner of cross-examination” and day-2 will be “Hands-on experience”.

Advocate Sanjay Vashishtha, Vashishtha Law Offices
- Mr Sanjay Vashishtha is an LL.M in Comparative law from McGill University Canada and an MSc in Criminology & Criminal Justice from the University of Oxford.
- He is a practicing attorney at the Supreme Court of India and a visiting lecturer of Criminal Law at Lloyd Law College, Noida, and the course instructor of Criminology at Eastern Book Company.
- He continues to be affiliated with the University of Oxford as a Research Associate with the Department of Criminology.
