The UGC has issued one letter on 11th Nov., 2016 to all universities Vice Chancellors regarding implementation of NCC as an elective subject.
As per Notification, The Ministry of Human Resource Development, as part of discussion in the JSR&D Conference held on 30’n July,2015 has decided to implement NCC as an elective subject to be taken up by all universities.
