School of Law, IMS Unison University is conducting a Faculty Development Program on the ‘Research Methodology & Teaching Pedagogy’ on November 05- 06, 2016 at the University Campus.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
The FDP would be useful for professional development teachers, researchers, and trainers working in universities, colleges, professional institutes, staff training colleges, training centers of industrial organizations, and staff training institutes of central and state governments, which teach law, management and allied social sciences subjects. A certificate of participation shall be provided to all the participants.
PROGRAMME FEE
Programme fee will be Rs. 500/- per participant (inclusive of programme kit, lunch and refreshment). Participants will have to make their own arrangements for accommodation and travel to and from the University campus. Accommodation may be arranged for out stationed participants on payment basis.
HOW TO ENROLL
Application or Nomination for participation (as per attached form) along with programme fee by Demand Draft in favour of IMS Unison University, Dehradun payable at Dehradun.

Prof Ashwini K. Bansal:
Former Head and Dean, Faculty of Law; Designated as IPR Specialist, MHRD IPR Chair, DU.Prof. Bansal Worked in the rank of Joint Secretary, Controller of Certifying Authorities, Government of India 2002-03; and Member-Secretary of Inter-Ministerial Working Group on Cyber Laws and Cyber Forensics in the Ministry of Information Technology 2002-03.He was Director, Institute of Constitutional and Parliamentary studies, three years 2007-2009 (A Government Institute),Two times Elected Member, Governing Council of Indian law Institute, with Chief Justice of India as ex –officio President, Year 2010 -2016. ( A Government Institute).
Prof. M. Afzal Wani:
He was member of 19th Law Commission of India. He is an elected member of the Governing Council of the Indian Law Institute (ILI).He is also a member of the Delhi Legal Services Authority and many other academic bodies like Indian Institute of Public Administration ; Member, Board of Studies, Faculty of Law, Kashmir University ETC.
Dr. Jayanti Dutta:
Deputy Director, UGC-Human Resource Development Centre, Panjab University, Chandigarh. Dr. Dutta has been working in field of training of Higher Education teachers for last 20 years. She has conducted around 100 training programmes and worked with more than 3000 people. She is the first National Awardee for her short film on ‘New Drugs for Tuberculosis’ by CSIR and OSD.
Dr. Sreejith S.G. :
Associate Professor, Associate Dean-Academic Affairs, and Executive Director, Centre for International Legal Studies at Jindal Global Law School, O.P. Jindal Global University. He sits on the editorial board of Indian Journal of International Law, Springer.
The workshop will have a mix of lectures, demonstrations, interactive sessions, assignments.
You are requested to participate and also to circulate among faculty members and research scholars from various Universities and Institutions to participate in the FDP.
