The Government Law College, Kozhikode would like to announce the 2019 edition of Dr. V. KESAVANKUTTY MEMORIAL ALL INDIA MOOT COURT COMPETITION for M.L. GUPTA EVER ROLLING TROPHY to be held from 8th to 10th of March, 2019. The Moot Court Competition is based on a problem from Constitution Law.

Eligibility
Students pursuing 3-year LLB programme or 5-year integrated LLB programme recognized by the Bar Council of India are eligible to participate in the Moot Court Competition. Only one team shall be eligible to participate from a particular Law School/Law College/University Department/Institution.
Team Composition
Each team shall consist maximum of three members with not more than two speakers and one researcher. In no case, there shall be more than 3 participants in a team. But a team may choose to participate without a Researcher thus limiting the number of members to two.

Registration Procedure
Online Registration for “Dr. V. Kesavankutty Memorial All India Moot Court Competition, 2019 for M.L. Gupta ever rolling trophy” will open on 31st December, 2018.
All Teams must register themselves by filling this form.
The registration fee
3000 (Rupees Three Thousand Only).

Payment receipt shall be sent to glckallindiamoot2019@gmail.com.
Scanned copy of a certificate from the head of the institution stating that the participants are bona fide students of the institution shall also be sent to glckallindiamoot2019@gmail.com with the subject of the email being “ALL INDIA MOOT COURT COMPETITION, 2019 – Certificates.” the hard copy of which is to be produced along with hard copies of Memorials. The last date for registration shall be 11:59 p.m., 4th February, 2019.
Registration is restricted to first 16 teams only.
Prizes and Awards
Members of all the teams will be awarded certificates of participation. Other honours include trophies and cash prizes.
Accommodation
Food and Accommodation will be provided to the participating teams from the morning of 8th to the morning of 11th of March, 2019.
