In conjunction with Humane Society International/India, the Animal Law Centre at NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad, has developed India’s first academic course on animal protection laws. The two-year MA programme will be a distance-learning course with a few in-person classes each semester. NALSAR’s goal with this programme is to train experts in the legal elements of animal laws in India and around the world, whether they are attorneys or other professionals in associated fields.
Course Fee
Rs. 60,000/- (Student needs to pay Rs.30,000 to register for the first year and another instalment of Rs. 30,000 when she/he is promoted to the second year.
After completing the first year, the student has the option of lateral exit with an Advanced Diploma in Animal protection Laws).
Admission Procedure
Direct Admission is subject to fulfilment of the eligibility criteria for the said course.
The Online portal for submitting the ‘Online Application Form’ for admission shall be open till 15th September 2021.
