The Chanakya Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution (CCADR) was founded in 2021 at Chanakya National Law University in Patna with the goal of promoting academic study on topics related to dispute resolution.
They hope that by establishing this research centre, they would be able to create a welcoming environment for students and researchers to pursue their interest in ADR, allowing for skill development and helping us compete on a national and international level. CCADR will endeavour to promote various dispute resolution methods, become involved in the ADR policy framework, and encourage law students to participate in ADR activities.
