About the Organisation
LENTERA HUKUM is an open-access and peer-reviewed law journal, published three times a year. Published in association with the Faculty of Law and the Centre for Human Rights, Multiculturalism, and Migration (CHRM2), this journal is dedicated to encouraging scholarly attention and advancing the intimate knowledge of recent legal discourses.
It accommodates high-quality manuscripts relevant to the endeavors of scholars and legal professionals with fundamental and long-term analysis in the light of empirical, theoretical, multidisciplinary, and comparative approaches. This journal recognizes that the boundaries in the study of law have become increasingly porous. So too, there is no longer a distinct divide of law, politics, and society. The publication in this journal reflects and values this intellectual cross-fertilization.
