“Constitutionalism: Revisiting the Grundnorm

Sub-Themes:

I. Revisiting the Indian Constitutional Law:

  1. Fiscal Federalism and Introduction of GST
  2. Right to Internet as a Fundamental Right
  3. Doctrine of Public Function for the Definition of State
  4. End-to-End Encryption of Messages and Legitimacy of Privacy Laws
  5. Digital participation: e-democracy & e-governance.

II. International & Global Constitutionalism:

  1. Constitutional Weapons to Fight Cross-Border Terrorism
  2. Restrictions on Prediction of Exit Polls by the Media: Constitutional Analysis across jurisdictions.
  3. Measures to Save Environment: A Constitutional Guarantee to Burden on States
  4. Fathoming Public Interest Litigation in International Judicial Forums
  5. Global Environmental Constitutionalism

The Last Date for submissions is January 30, 2017, by 11:59 P.M (Indian Standard Time)

Eligibility:

Students Pursuing their Undergraduate and Masters Course can send their submissions for the Law Review.
