About IRCCL
The Indian Review of Corporate and Commercial Laws (IRCCL) is a blog that publishes articles on current issues relating to corporate law, dispute resolution, anti-trust, taxation, insolvency law, and trade law. The aim of the blog is to create a writing community, consisting of students, research scholars and practitioners, so as to generate debate and discussion in the aforesaid areas. Objectives
IRCCL has been started with two objectives, which the team seeks to achieve in two phases. In the first phase, it shall endeavour to create a good standard of writing and publishing. As it advances into the second phase, it shall further work towards creating a platform to provide support, with the help of its advisors, to law students in their academic endeavours in corporate law and allied subject areas.

Since the team of IRCCL comprises of young students, it is considered essential to have a Board of Advisors, comprising of practitioners in the aforementioned areas, which would oversee the activities of the team and ensure that the blog lives up to its objectives. Submission Guidelines for the IRCCL Blog
Authors wishing to contribute their work to IRCCL are required to ensure that their submission conforms to the following guidelines:
- The article should address current issue(s) in any of the following areas:
- corporate law;
- dispute resolution law;
- competition law;
- insolvency law;
- trade law; or
- law of taxation.
- The article should not exceed 1,500 words.
- Should the article use any material as a reference, an appropriate link should be provided therefor in the main text itself. Footnotes, which should follow a uniform mode of citation, could be used only if such form of referencing is not possible.
- The content should be original and unpublished.
- IRCCL prefers articles which are analytical in nature.
Submission Procedure
IRCCL accepts articles on a rolling basis. Hence, there is no deadline for submission. Submissions may be made via email to the IRCCL team
