- Course Instructor:
- Pavithra is an Assistant Professor of Law at the Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar (GNLU). Before joining GNLU, she served as an Assistant Professor of Law at the School of Law, CHRIST (Deemed to be University). She has teaching and research experience of over seven years in areas of corporate laws, start-up laws, investment laws, and taxation laws.
- She has been a resource person, chair and panellist in varied guest lectures, conferences and panel discussions. Pavithra completed her undergraduate in law at the School of Excellence in Law, The Tamil Nadu Dr Ambedkar Law University and her post-graduation at GNLU with Corporate and Business Law Specialisation.
- Currently, she is pursuing her PhD in the area of start-up financing and regulatory framework at the National Law School of India University. She has published articles in Scopus and UGC-listed journals.
