Maharashtra National Law University, Aurangabad invites applications for filling up ten supernumerary seats in B.A.LL. B (Hons.) programme 2018 in Foreign National/-Non-Resident Indian/NRI sponsored category. Selection of candidates belonging to NRI/NRI sponsored category will be made strictly as per merit list of CLAT 2018. Candidates who appeared in CLAT-2018 may apply in the prescribed application form (given here).
Important Instructions for admission under Foreign National/-Non-Resident Indian/NRI sponsored category:
- Only those candidates who have given the option as an NRI/NRI Sponsored in the CLAT-2018 application form alone will be eligible [As specified in CLAT-2018 Brochure].
- Where the applicant is an NRI/OCI Card Holder/PIo Card Holders and NRI Sponsored Candidate by a First Degree or Second Degree, as indicated in CLAT-2018 Brochure will be considered on merit of CLAT-2018 Rank.
- However, the admission of the candidate is subject to the final decision of the
Supreme Court of India in Writ Petition (Civil) No. 600/2015. - Candidates are required to carefully go through detailed instructions (given here)
before making application.
Applications complete in all respects, together with self-attested scanned copies of all requisite certificates and testimonials must reach online at mnluaadmission20l8@gmail.com on or before 30th June, 2018.
Incomplete application will be summarily rejected and the University shall not entertain any claim in this regard.
List of shortlisted candidates will be uploaded on the University website given here on or before 3rd July,2018.
An interview call letter will be issued to the shortlisted candidates through email. Waiting list will be maintained wherever necessary and expedient.
Declaration of interview results will be published on 7th JuIy 2018, after which admission will commence and will close on 10th July 2018. Selected candidates will report to Admission Office of the University with original copies of all certificates/testimonials and bank draft of requisite fees (given here) to complete the formalities.
