About The Conference :
MediaLaws is set to host the fourth DigiCon Annual Conference in Lisbon, Portugal, on October 24th and 25th, 2024. The conference will explore the concept of ownership in the context of AI technology, focusing on whether property concepts can be applied in the AI age, whether creators are empowered or endangered by GenAI, and how the right to property’s scope of protection changes with AI’s spread. The conference encourages participants to share their ideas, which will be used as recommendations for regulatory action.
Submission Guidelines :
Ideas or action points should be a total of 300 words in length, and they should address one of the three main topics of the conference – ownership, secrecy and data protection in AI – in the context of AI technology.
They should be submitted to submissions@digi-con.org by the 10th of September 2024.
