Indian Institute of Arbitration & Mediation (IIAM) is one of the pioneer institutions in India, providing institutional Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services, which includes international and domestic commercial arbitration, mediation and negotiation and conducting training programs in ADR. IIAM is a non-profit organization registered in India and commenced activities in the year 2001.
The Certificate Course on International Investment Arbitration, aims to provide participants with a deep understanding of investment arbitration principles, procedures, and practices. Emphasis will be placed on the critical role played by arbitrators and the significance of their expertise in ensuring a fair and efficient arbitration process. This APCAM certified training program ensures that participants receive international accreditation upon successful completion. Successful participants will qualify as “Certified Investment Arbitrators,” eligible for empanelment with Indian Institute of Arbitration and Mediation (IIAM) and the Asia Pacific Centre for Arbitration and Mediation (APCAM).

- Eligibility & Certification:
- The program is open to legal professionals, including Lawyers, Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, Engineers, and individuals with graduate-level education. Participants will engage in assignments to enhance their practical understanding of investment arbitration.
- Attendance, interaction, and successful completion of assignments will contribute to the awarding of a certificate, accompanied by a course transcript.
