JECRC University, Jaipur founded in 2012, is an institution that introduced the School of Law in 2017. Affiliated to Bar Council of India, the School of Law has over 850 enrolled students and focuses on providing top notch legal education. The aim of the JECRC School of Law is to impart quality legal education and maintain high standards of legal learning and research. School of Law has an academic autonomy with flexibility in curriculum that suits the requirements of Corporate, Bench & Bar.
The Moot Court Society at School of Law, JECRC University provides students with a platform to showcase their legal acumen and skills. Our previous competition saw participation from over 35+ participating teams from renowned legal institutions across India. Moot Court Society, School of Law, JECRC University is going to organize 4th JECRC UTTAM DEVI MOHANLAL KHATUWALA MEMORIAL NATIONAL MOOT COURT COMPETITON, 2023 from 27th to 29th October.
What Are The Details Of The Event?
- Date of Event: 27th-29th October 2023.
- Mode: Offline mode
- Venue: JECRC University Campus, Jaipur. Plot No. IS- 2036 to 2039, Ramchandrapura, Sitapura Industrial Area Extn, Near Mahatma Gandhi Hospital Jaipur – 303905 Rajasthan, India
- Eligibility:
- Only Law Colleges/Universities recognized by the Bar Council of India are eligible to participate.
- Participation is strictly restricted to bona fide law students who are enrolled in three-year or five-year LL.B. degree
- Team Composition:
- Only ONE TEAM is permitted to participate from each registered institution.
- Each team shall comprise of three members.
- In a team consisting of three members, two of the members shall be designated as ‘Speaker’ and the third member shall be designated as ‘Researcher’.
- Last date of Registration:
- Provisional Registration: September 20, 2023
- Final Registration: October 3, 2023
- Registration process:
- The teams interested in participating are required to confirm their participation by filling up the provisional registration form by CLICK HERE.
- Upon receipt of the registration form, the Team shall be formally registered as a participant in the event, and a team code shall be generated.
- A confirmation e-mail, together with the team code, shall be sent. Thereafter, all the registered teams shall identify and refer themselves using the allotted team code only for all further correspondence with the organizing committee.
- Registration Fees:
- Interested teams will be required to make a payment of INR 1500/- via online transfer (NEFT) UPI at the time of final registration.
- Teams opting for accommodation will be required to make a payment of INR 1000/- per team per day at the time of final registration.
