- The family system has always been the backbone of Indian society since time immemorial. With the advent of economic liberalisation and globalization,
- Indians have witnessed several changes in the family setup. Keeping in view this shift, the Centre for Comparative Studies in Personal Laws is planning to come up with a publication on contemporary issues emerging in the Indian Family System and reflecting on the core concerns and ethical issues that prevent in modern Indian society.

Submission Rules
- The papers must be genuinely ORIGINAL. In case, any other author is quoted, the citation is a must.
- Papers need to be restricted to a maximum of 6000 words excluding footnote counts. A 4 size, 12 pt size, MS Word, Times New Roman font 1.5 line space.
- Authors need to submit their papers in the following manner:
- Title of the paper
- Author/Authors name, designation, institution
- Abstract (Not more than 200 words)
- Keywords
- Introduction.
- Body of the paper
- Conclusion
- References/Bibliography
