- The faculty development programme is the culmination of the Government of India efforts in launching a comprehensive umbrella scheme aimed at improving the quality of education at all levels by infusing distinction in education at all levels by incorporating quality and excellence in our teachers and teaching.
- The pinnacle point of this FDP is its usage in calculating API Score as per requisite for the promotion under UGC norms.
Eligibility
- In line with above stated benefit, Ideal Institute of Management and Technology invites all institutions and interested participants and colleagues for participation in the Faculty Development Programme.
- Teachers Educators, Teachers, Research Scholars in Higher Education and School Teachers will be considered
as the participants of this FDP. Number of participant will be 100. - Equipment/ Facilities required for attending Programmes in Online mode (such as good internet connectivity on
Mobile, Laptop, Tab, etc. and Internet Platform) has to be managed by the participants. Organizers will not be
responsible for poor internet connectivity at the end of the participants. - All the participants must provide WhatsApp number and email ID.
- Digitally signed e-certificates will be provided to the participants who will attend all the sessions, successfully complete the assignments/ evaluation process, etc. The teacher participants cannot attend any other assignments, classes, meetings, etc. (online/offline) during the workshop timings, as it is a full time, as per UGC guidelines. He/she must take appropriate permission, full time leave, NOC from the Employer for this purpose.
- The microphone should be muted unless asked otherwise by the Resource Persons/Coordinators/ Education department staff.
- The participant should provide his/her Correct Full Name, Proper Designation, Name & Address of his Institute, etc. to avoid any mistakes in the e-certificates.

- After completion of registration process, you shall receive a selection letter.
