CALL FOR CHAPTERS FOR LAW STUDENTS IN AN EDITED BOOK “CONTEMPORARY THEMES IN INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LAW”- UPES DEHRADUN-Submit by 20th March 2022.

Submissions are invited for an edited book to be published by a publisher of National repute with ISBN No. 9789391345853. The submissions are invited in the field of contemporary developments in the field of Intellectual Property Law covering aspects of trademark, copyright, Patents, Geographical Indication, trade secret, business know-how, Blockchain, cryptocurrency and any other discipline bringing in the element of Intellectual property. We welcome research encompassing the emerging themes in the field of IP.

WHO CAN SUBMIT

Academicians, scholars, professionals from any field may submit the chapters.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Chapter Submission

• The contribution should contain an abstract that should highlight the entire flow of the chapter with specific issues and keywords. [Not more than 250-300 words]
• Add five keywords. Each keyword should not contain more than two compound words, and each keyword phrase should start with an uppercase letter.   
• Contributions should be between 4000-6000 words. The word limit mentioned is Inclusive of footnotes.

Format and citation guidelines

• A submission can be co-authored by a maximum of two people.
• Font Type and Size of the main text must be Times New Roman, 12.
• Font Type and Size of footnotes must be Times New Roman, 10.
• Line Spacing of the main text and footnotes must be 1.5, Single respectively.
• Either British or American English can be used, but be consistent within your chapter.
• Footnotes must be in the bluebook- 19th Edition format.

Submission Procedure

• Authors are requested to mail their original, unpublished abstract/full chapter in .doc/.docx format to cfbookchapters2021@gmail.com
• The subject of the email must be “Submission of Abstract/full chapter-Edited Book on IPR”
• The name of the file must contain Name of the Author(s) + Title of the Submission.

Publication Policy

• The submissions should be original work of the authors and must not be published elsewhere.
  • Submissions with plagiarized content and copyright issues will be rejected outrightly.
