The SRDC ADR Magazine, published by Gujarat National Law University, is a quarterly student-run newspaper that welcomes articles from experts, working professionals, academics, and students interested in alternative dispute resolution.
SRDC at GNLU For Volume II, Issue III, ADR Magazine is accepting entries. All academics, practitioners, and law students are encouraged to contribute to the magazine. ADR Magazine accepts entries on a rolling basis, with priority for publication in the next issue given to submissions received before the deadline, which is October 15, 2021.
Guidelines for Submission and Formatting
- Co-authorship is only permitted up to a maximum of two authors.
- 2000-2500 words is the word limit (exclusive of citations).
- Body: The manuscript’s body should be written in Garamond, with a font size of 12 and a line spacing of 1.5
- Footnotes: Use Garamond with a font size of 10 and a line spacing of 1.
- The citations must follow the 4th edition of the OSCOLA citation style.
- There are no hyperlinks permitted.
- There should be no mention of the authors, including their names and institutional connections, in the text.
- Failure to follow the submission guidelines may result in the submission being rejected.
The Submission must be backed by a cover letter which shall hold the following details:-
- Name of the Author(s)
- Contact Details: Address and Mobile Number
- Name and Address of the Institution of the Author(s)
- Academic Qualifications (year of studying)/Affiliations of the Author(s)
- Title of the Manuscript

Copyright Policy
- Submissions to the SRDC are on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The submissions must not have been published or submitted for publication anywhere else. The intellectual property of the SRDC vests in the contribution presented to and accepted for publication, as well as the copyrights therein.
- SRDC tries to encourage innovation and adheres to high integrity standards. Works that are plagiarised will not be published.
- The author(s) must mention their sources and provide credit where credit is due for non-original work. On non-compliance with the academic integrity criterion, the SRDC ADR editorial team maintains the right to reject and/or terminate further participation.
