MAIMS-2nd National Moot Court Competition for law students, 2021-November 26th -28th-Register by 25th October, 2021

The Maharaja Agrasen Technical Education Society founded MAIMS in 2003. The Society is made up of educators, prominent industrialists, and people from other walks of life. The Society has been successful in building reputable institutions in the fields of management, law, engineering, and journalism, among others. The Institute has carved out a niche for itself by offering BBA, B. Com (H), BA Eco (H), BA (JMC), BA LLB, and BBA LLB (Integrated) programmes through Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University in Delhi.

THE MOOT

The Moot Court Society at the Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Management Studies (MAIMS) is hosting the 2nd National Moot Court Competition in 2021. The competition aims to provide a platform for students from across India to demonstrate their advocacy and research skills in a professional and challenging environment.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• The competition is open to students enrolled in a three-year or five-year LLB programme during the current academic year.
• Each participating institution is only allowed to send one team.
• It is not permitted for a team to include members from more than one institution. Each team must have three members.
• Under no circumstances can this number be changed.
• Two members of a team of three shall be designated as ‘Speakers,’ and the third shall be designated as ‘Researcher.’

DATE AND VENUE

MAIMS 2nd National Moot Court Competition, 2021′ will take place from November 26th to November 28th, 2021, with the Inaugural Ceremony taking place in physical mode and the Oral Rounds taking place in virtual mode.
