THE ZENJ WORLD SCHOOLS DEBATE CHAMPIONSHIP- Sep 11, 2021 – Nov 23, 2021

As The Zenj Leadership Organization, we see leadership beyond the word. We take it deeper than just discussing politics and who should be President, to the core Unit which is self, then family, Friends, immediate community to the whole society. We are committed to raising holistic leaders. Leaders who not only know what to do but also know how to sell it out to the followers or the community and ignite community participation, and involvement. We do this by carefully crafting leadership classes that are delivered not as classes, but rather as facilitations, that trigger and inspire all young people globally to

1) Think of the most important community questions such as; What is wrong with my Community and What can I do to change it now, with what I have, where I am?,

2) Actively, creatively, and innovatively plan on what SMART action steps to take,

3) Deliberately challenge themselves to do something without any further waiting, and in the end honestly evaluate themselves along the way, as they learn.

• When is the debate? 11th September- 23rd November.
• Who can participate? 16-29 year Olds from any school or University in any part of
• the world.
• Are there registration or confirmation fees? Nope! Registration is 100% free for all
• teams. EXCEPT ; All breaking teams will pay $15 per team to proceed to the
• 4th-6th and final round.
• What kind of format are we using? World Schools Format.
• Where is the debate? Zoom.
• How many people per team? 3.
• What does the winner take? Cash prize! certificates, Free leadership Coaching
• classes from The Zenj Leadership Organization.
• What do participating schools get? GOLD and Silver certificates for schools which send through 3 to 4 teams and Conveners and schools with 1 or 2 teams respectively.
