The Gujarat Private University Act of 2009 established Navrachana University as a private university. The University is divided into five schools, each with 22 programmes. The University has embarked on a new educational paradigm that emphasises disciplinary education, inter-disciplinary education, professional education, and general education at the same time.
Concerning the Competition
The School of Business and Law is excited to announce its first National Virtual Moot Court Competition, which will take place on October 22-23, 2021. This competition will be held virtually, allowing students to hone their advocacy skills while sitting comfortably at home.
This Competition aims to provide participants with the opportunity to develop the necessary skills for a dynamic Advocacy process.
Eligibility
Students pursuing a 5 year integrated law course or a 3 year LLB course from a recognised university are eligible to compete in the Moot Court Competition.
Team Structure
Each team must have three members: two speakers and one researcher.
Registration
Each team has to duly register itself by filling up the registration form and payment of fees of Rs. 1000/-.

Letter of Authentication – A scanned copy of the letter of authentication from the college/university along with the signature of Principal/Faculty-in-charge and seal/stamp of the institute shall be duly attached with the registration form.
