Call for blog submissions for law students NLU Delhi’s Philosophy Club: Submissions on Rolling basis

Posted by

The Philosophy Club at NLU Delhi began as an informal gathering to discuss interesting philosophical questions and issues. The founders embarked on a mission to create an institutionalised club for the promotion of philosophy and various philosophical activities after realising the value (and, indeed, necessity) for law students to develop critical thought and meaningfully engage in discourse.

In order to achieve this goal, they have held a variety of discussions on a wide range of fundamental philosophical texts and ideas, hosted lecture series by leading academics, disseminated easily accessible learning resources and notes, and much more.

The goal is to provide a forum for students – and anyone else who may be interested – to discuss any philosophical issues. The word “philosophy” literally means “a love for wisdom,” and that is what they hope to cultivate, or at least contribute to cultivating, in our country’s law schools.
