4EU+ Summer School in International Business Law [Online, Aug 2-13]: Register by July 16

The 4EU+ Summer School in International Business Law is conducted under the auspices of 4EU+ Alliance, a strategic association of six top public European universities. It is organized in international collaboration between University of Copenhagen, Charles University and University of Warsaw. 

The 4EU+ Summer School in International Business Law program is hosted by the Faculty of Law, University of Copenhagen, and prepared by the Study Hub for International Economic Law and Development (SHIELD).

Why Summer Business School? 

Often a grievance that are raised among the young professionals is the opportunity to keep abreast with new developments in law. This is none more so true of the international trade law that is global in scope. The Summer Business School offered by University of Copenhagen aims to resolve this problem by providing a platform to leading professors from Europe to bring their insights about cutting edge issues to professionals from across the world.

Each instructor has an extensive experience combining academic experience with practical background. The curriculum is a cutting-edge, focused educational program, which offers a highly attractive market specialization, while addressing social and environmental demands of responsible business activity. The program includes intense, interactive courses in key areas of international business law and dispute resolution. 

Due to COVID-19 –related restrictions, the 2021 edition of the 4EU+ Summer School in International Business Law will take place fully online.

What are the Courses?

In 2021, the 4EU+ Summer School in International Business Law offers six courses:

  1. EU Competition Law
  2. International Commercial Contracts
  3. International Commercial Arbitration
  4. Sustainable Governmental Contracts
  5. Mediation in Commercial Disputes
  6. Global Carbon Market and Emission Trading Systems: Investment Perspective

You may participate in the full 4EU+ Summer School in International Business Law program, in five courses or in three courses. As a special offer this year, we also offer registration for individual courses.  Put together your program according to your interests and job profile, and spend two weeks this summer updating your qualifications, along with other European and overseas legal and business professionals.

Who Should Apply?

The 4EU+ Summer School in International Business Law is aimed at legal and business practitioners, as well as professionals from the public sector facilitating international trade, and students of final years with established interest in cross-border commercial practice.
