Law Department was established in the year of 2015 in Manikya Lal Verma Shramjeevi College, Janardan Rai Nagar Rajasthan Vidyapeeth (Deemed-To-Be-University) (NAAC Accredited ‘A’ Grade University. The establishment of Law department is the result of positive efforts of Prof. Col. S.S. Sarangdevot.

About the Webinar

A webinar on Legal and Social Status of Women in Male Dominated Society is being organized by Department of Law, Shramjeevi College, Janardan Rai Nagar Rajasthan Vidyapeeth, on July 10th, 2021, from 10 AM onwards.

Academicians, Scholars, Practitioners and Students are invited to participate in the Webinar by contributing research papers and enrich the deliberations during technical sessions. Papers in both English as well as in Hindi are encouraged to be submitted.

Call for Research Papers

Academicians, Scholars, Practitioners and Students are invited to participate in the Webinar by contributing research papers and enrich the deliberations during technical sessions. Papers in both English as well as in Hindi are encouraged to be submitted.

General Submission Guidelines

The following guidelines are to be followed:

  • Only original and unpublished work is sought.
  • Papers must be based on themes and subthemes of the conference.
  • Papers must be between 3,000 to 5,000 words in length. A title of not more than 15 words should be provided.
  • An abstract of not more than 300 words should be accompanied. It must indicate study period, sample, research questions, methodology, findings and conclusions/implications.
  • Text should be printed in Times New Roman (For English)/Unicode (For Hindi) with font size 12 typed in 1.5 spaces, A4 paper layout with standard margins (2.54 cm on all four sides).

Submission Guidelines for Full-Length Paper

  • Title Page: Title of the paper, Name/s of Author/s, Affiliation, Email, Technical Session
  • Introduction: Introduction should contain a statement of the problem or research questions
    and how paper is organized.
  • Review of Literature: Enough relevant, past and recent studies should be provided and research gaps must be identified.
  • Methodology: Data and study period must be recent and justifications for selecting study periods sample size, tools and techniques used should be given.
  • Conclusion: This should emanate from findings.
  • Reference: The paper should contain full bibliographical details and journal titles should not be abbreviated. For within text citations, the author’s last name should be followed by a comma and year of publications, all in round brackets, e.g., (Fox, 1994). At the end of the paper, there should be a reference list in alphabetical order in
    the A. P. A. (6 ed.) format.
  • NOTE: The soft copy
  • of the paper has to be attached with Google Registration form.
